SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
You have your choice of shipping method via United States Postal Service or FedEx.
If there are any special instructions for shipping your order, place them in the "Order Instructions/Comments" section of the Checkout page. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PER ADDRESS. Multiple addresses will each incur a separate shipping charge.
Shipping is only available to locations within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Shipping is not currently available to U.S. territories, military addresses, or international addresses.
All in-stock orders are normally processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of the order date. Delivery time is usually within 2-8 days of shipment (delivery time may be longer depending upon your location). Processing and delivery times do not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 3pm will be posted and begin processing on the next business day.
As a rule, we do not do partial shipments. Therefore, we'll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock. You will be notified by email of any extended delay in shipment.
Please check all addresses carefully. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery by recipient. You will incur a second shipping charge for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to the recipient refusing delivery or due to an incorrect address on the original order form.
IF YOU SELECTED FEDEX SMARTPOST as your shipping option, please note that the final step of delivery will be handled by the US Postal Service. Therefore, tracking information may show delivery confirmation before the actual package has been delivered. This is because FedEx records the package as delivered once it has been delivered to your local U.S. Postal branch.
We do our utmost to ensure our product reaches you in perfect condition, however, if you experienced damages or concerns with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
We would like to rectify the inconvenience to you quickly.
You will be asked for your: Order #, Name and Address, Problem, and any visible carton damage. We will require a picture within 5 days of receiving your order showing the damage to the item as well as any visible carton damage in order to be eligible for replacement. A product is considered replaceable based on the situation and can vary on a case by case basis. All sales are final. We have a thorough inspection process for each product before shipping them out. We are confident that the product and/or products sent are in pristine condition and quality of manufacture which the brand intended.
The shipping company may wish to inspect the packaging and product at their discretion, therefore please do not discard. If you suspect damage, please use caution in the event of glass breakage.
Please be sure to check your order carefully before completing checkout. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped please contact our customer service department immediately upon noticing the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer refunds due to product color or fruit variations.
Color Variations are to be expected when dealing with fruit products, colors will vary from the pictures that we have on the website and actual products delivered. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are error-free. If an error is found, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section of this site and a correction will be made.
